Product production process

1. Lamp bead detection and lamp insertion

2. Wave soldering through tin furnace

3. Separate board to strip

4. Solder the cable by automated machine

5. Solder the connector by hand

6. Testing to ensure stable work

7. Nodes separate

8. Put the PCB board with lamp in the plastic bullet

9. Push the pixel into the mold

10. Testing before epoxy injection to ensure without failure nodes

11. Epoxy Injection ensure each pixels have the full epoxy and no air bubble

12. Go through tunnel furnace to dry epoxy fast

13. Remove mold to bundle one strand

14. Remove extra epoxy to ensure good surface

15. Aging testing light 12hours to ensure long-term stable work

16. Drop test to ensure firmness and stability
